Our History

Construction Services Consultants Limited (CSC) was conceived and established in 1993, by three Quantity Surveyors namely Adonis M. Kamala, the Late Thadeus F. Mtui and George C. Mgoha.

The firm was initially based within TEXCO Building Mabibo – Dar es Salaam, before moving to its current offices at Agip House – Mwenge Area, Plot No.4, Second floor, Office No.5. Having initially operated as a partnership, the firm is now incorporated into a Limited Liability company with increased staff resources able to handle large and sophisticated projects. By combining the resources of its highly qualified and experienced professionals CSC has earned itself a reputation of efficiency and professionalism.

The Company has successfully completed a variety of construction projects within Tanzania.

The Practice

The practice offers comprehensive Quantity Surveying Services and Project Management Services aimed at safeguarding interests and ensuring that Clients receive the best possible advice, followed by execution of projects on the basis of sound construction supervision practice at an optimum cost.

Construction services Consultants Limited exercises all reasonable skills, care and diligence in the discharge of the duties agreed to be performed. The firm is able to undertake cost consultancy services in civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works, planned urban development, landscaping and interior design.

Our Objectives

The objectives of Construction Services Consultants Limited include:

  • To offer expert advice and opinion with respect to the cost of construction projects throughout the planning, designing, implementation and where necessary the use/maintenance period.
  • To effectively undertake construction cost management by making sure that construction projects are tendered, well documented and completed within the pre-agreed cost framework and in the most economical manner consistent with the user requirements, programme requirements and aesthetic considerations.
  • To understand the economic force affecting the construction industry, procedures and trends in the area where a particular project is being implemented, including the ability to link such data manually or by automated systems to the client’s preferred code of accounts.
  • To provide efficient, honest and dedicated services at the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
